Install required

1:Square pipe (60*mm*40mm*3m) or C-shaped steel (100mm*20mm*3mm) or rotted wood square (60*40mm) can be used as purlin bar.

2:The space between purlins bar is 660mm from top to top.

3:It should be installed in the opposite direction accordin g to the local wind direction and lap both sides of a wave at the same time when the main tile is installed.

4:Cutting the first section off and then installing it again, this way can be avoiding heap up thickness of tile when install the main ridge tile.

5:The joint should be sawed, and the tee should be installed after the installation of the positive ridge and diagonal ridge tile.

6:The fixing parts are special accessories. Using electric drill to bore hole.The hole’s diameter must be 2mm larger than the screw rod when fix. The diameter of self-tapping screw is 5.5mm.

7:The main ridge angle of the roof is recommended to be 135 degrees. Main tile and accessories installing based on “one top, two-bottom''shape.
