A 25-home residential development in the Colorado foothills – wildfire zone with strict fire codes. Region experiences extreme climate: -25°C winters, 30°C summer temperature swings, 1.2m snow, 1.5″ hail, and 300+ sunny days per year. Developer needed roofing with good fire resistance (pass wildfire codes), excellent load/impact/low temperature performance (snow, hail, freeze-thaw), heat preservation (energy efficiency), lasting beautiful color (intense UV), and easy installation.
